I would to introduce our new varsity girls basketball coach Jason Jarrett.
Jason has over 30 years of coaching experience from High School down to Youth Basketball. He spent the last 3 years coaching Girls Basketball at Portage Central High School.
Coach Jarrett has a strong belief in treating everyone in the program with caring, respect and accountability. Knowing that great players make great teams, he’s dedicated to helping make all players better, throughout the entire program. “Don’t teach them plays, teach them how to play”.
Jason lives in Portage with his wife Dawn, and two daughters Addy and Arlie. In his spare time he owns and operates Bright Ideas Technology.

Congratulations to our girls tennis team. They placed 3rd in regional competition yesterday. Maya Pearce won her 3rd Regional Title. They play in the State Tournament on June 3rd & 4th at Portage Central and Northern HS, Kalamazoo Loy Norrix HS, and Portage West Middle MS.
