SCS plans for 2025/2026

The Schoolcraft Community Schools (SCS) administrative team, comprising Principals Dr. Matthew Dailey and Sara Howard, ESI Supervisor Abby DeVisser, Assistant Superintendent Matt Webster, and Superintendent Dr. Nate Ledlow, recently spent two days at Western Michigan University. During the sessions, the team engaged deeply with district, family, and student culture data, ensuring that the voices of all stakeholders are not only heard but placed at the heart of planning efforts for the 2025–2026 school year.

This focused retreat also served as a pivotal opportunity to align culture data with Schoolcraft’s evolving strategic plan. By intentionally integrating stakeholder feedback into long-term planning, SCS leadership is committed to ensuring that every decision reflects the authentic experiences and needs of students, staff, and families. The work at WMU highlights the district’s dedication to fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous growth, and shared purpose, laying a meaningful foundation for a school year shaped by both vision and voice.
