The program is tentatively scheduled to be held at Schoolcraft Early Elementary from 7:30-5:30, preschool day hours 8:30-3:00, Monday-Thursday, 4 days, 9 weeks starting June 16th. Each class is limited to 16 students with two staff. Preschool is entirely FREE to families who qualify. This includes lunch and snacks, certified teacher with ZA endorsement, aide, parent/family enrichment programs, and on site field trips. Transportation will not be provided to and from school.

Please contact Amie Goldschmeding, Early Childhood Coordinator at 488-7210 or goldschmedinga@schoolcraftcs.org for more enrollment information.

Kindergarten Registration

We are currently pre-registering students for our 2014-15 kindergarten school year. The State of Michigan's entry age for kindergarten will gradually change to require children to be at least five years old by September 1st rather than the current cutoff date of November 1st. For the 2014-2015 school year, children must be five years old by October 1st. Families may choose to complete a waiver form that will enable your child to attend the 2014-2015 school year if their birth date is after October 1 and before December 1. Please complete this form if you would like to place your child on our Kindergarten Registration list.

We invite you attend our Kindergarten Registration on March 26th at 6:30p.m. If you have any questions, please contact our office at 488-7200.

Athletic Fees
> Athletic Fee Refund Form
The administration and staff of Schoolcraft Community Schools want to thank the parents of our athletes for their support during the past three years in helping offset the cost of their child(ren) participating in our sports programs.

This year we would like to give back to our families by eliminating the athletic participation fee for the 2013-14 school year.

For those families that have already paid their fees, use the Athletic Fee form listed above to submit to the school how those fees should be repurposed or refunded.

We are committed to academic excellence.

Our mission statement is being utilized each and every day in the classrooms and athletic/arts arena.  Our staff takes great pride in meeting individual student needs while using research-based best practices.  Establishing strong relationships with parents and students is at the core of our work.  In comparison to most school districts, our student-to-teacher ratio is outstanding. We believe this ratio aids us in meeting our mission.

We are very proud that all of our schools have received A’s on the Education YES! State Report Card since inception.

Please enjoy your travels through our website and its links.
If you have any questions or comments, please contact us.
