Dear SCS Parents:
First off, we would like to congratulate our Schoolcraft Varsity Wrestling Team on making it to the State Finals for the first time in school history. The finals begin at 12:00 PM on Friday, February 22nd at Wings Events Center in Kalamazoo. Because this event occurs during the school day, and because of the high number of school days we have already missed due to weather, we have a conflict with students attending the event.
We will allow students, with prior parent permission, to sign-out of school at 10:30 AM on Friday, February 22nd to attend the wrestling match. Students planning to attend must bring the signed permission slip to the high school office by no later than 3:00 PM on Thursday, February 21st.
Students who have brought in their prior signed parent permission slip by the deadline will be dismissed at 10:30 AM on Friday, February 22nd. Students will need to provide their own transportation and money to cover the cost of attending the event. Tickets for the event are $10 per session, at the Wing’s Stadium Ticket Office and not available for pre-sale.
Please complete the release permission slip found in the office and return it to the high school office by 2/21/19.
