Schoolcraft announces a Pre-School program for the 2013-14 school year.
The Pre-K program is under the realm of The Great Start Readiness Program, a state funded program for 4 year-old children who may be at risk. The Pre-K program includes a certified teacher with a Z-A endorsement and a full time classroom aide. The program is a half day program and runs four days a week.

All families who have children that will be four years old by November 1, 2013 and are interested in a preschool program are encouraged to complete the common Kalamazoo County application. Decisions for the program are first made by financial need and then by first come first serve.

Kindergarten Sign Up! If you have a child who will be turning five by November 1st 2013, please contact us at 488-7200 or stop by the office for paperwork and to set up a screening time.

Welcome to the Schoolcraft Community Schools website. We developed our district website as a resource for students, school staff, parents, board members and the general public. It contains current information regarding various programs and resources available through our district. We hope you will find it informative, valuable, and easy to use.

We are committed to academic excellence.

Our mission statement is being utilized each and every day in the classrooms and athletic/arts arena.  Our staff takes great pride in meeting individual student needs while using research-based best practices.  Establishing strong relationships with parents and students is at the core of our work.  In comparison to most school districts, our student-to-teacher ratio is outstanding. We believe this ratio aids us in meeting our mission.

We are very proud that all of our schools have received A’s on the Education YES! State Report Card since inception.

Please enjoy your travels through our website and its links.
If you have any questions or comments, please contact us.

Go Eagles!
